1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the aironplay ph platform — whether through the website, mobile browser, or the aironplay ph app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. 3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one account on the aironplay ph platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, contact number, and valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. If any of your registered details change, update your account profile accordingly.

Account security is your responsibility. You must keep your password and OTP codes confidential and not share them with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact aironplay ph support immediately. We will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will be required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID. This is a mandatory platform requirement to protect you and other players from fraud.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the aironplay ph platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱ / PHP). We process deposits and withdrawals through local Philippine payment channels, including e-wallets such as GCash and Maya, and online banking services compatible with InstaPay and PESONet. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods on this platform.

Deposits are credited to your account balance after successful processing through the selected payment channel. Processing times vary by channel. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

5 Game Rules and Fairness

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the aironplay ph platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false identity information or fraudulent documentation during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs or game errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion or coordinated play in multi-player games designed to manipulate outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Sharing account access with another person or allowing a third party to use your account.

aironplay ph monitors platform activity and reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the affected account and its balance may be temporarily frozen pending resolution.

7 Responsible Gaming
